1 head romaine lettuce
1 can mandarin oranges in own juice
1 small can pineapple tidbits
slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 cup chow mein noodles
leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken, shredded or cut into bit sized pieces
Dressing:
Panera Asian Sesame Chicken Salad Dressing
or
Orange Dressing:
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Cook dressing on stove top over low heat for 30 minutes to thicken.
