Meal Plan Week 3

We are back for another week trying to add variety to what my family eats. I post four recipes, but on the other days, we tend to eat things like tacos, plain baked chicken, baked potato bar...the sorts of things that are quick and easy and don't really require a recipe.  This year my resolution is to try to make at least five nights a week of recipes that are tasty and sometimes even healthy.  I want to cook from scratch as much as possible and provide a variety of foods.  I want to try at least one new recipe per week, and that one will be posted here and credited to the blog where I found it.  I hope you enjoy!

on Day 6, we are having breakfast for dinner.  No recipe, just eggs, bacon and hash browns.
