2 containers strawberries
1 package Ghiradhelli Chocolate Melts
Wash strawberries and allow to dry completely. Even slightly damp and chocolate will not adhere to them. Choose the largest prettiest strawberries from each container.
I put the chocolate into a glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, stir then microwave for 30 more and stir until all the chocolate is melted.
Hold the strawberries by their green stems and using a spoon, cover them with chocolate. Place on a cold, parchment lined baking sheet until firm.
The Ghiradhelli Chocolate is tempered, so it wont melt at room temp and get on your fingers!
